Exactly, right?! Well, first of all, hiring a full-time senior designer on your internal staff would cost you over $100k a year. Secondly, it's extremelly tough to persuade a highly-skilled PRO to join a corporation (as these folks prefer working in less-formal environment, if you will). Moreover, even if you hired a good guy, you would still end up having a person with one type of skill set (as opposed to us, who are able to get you the right infographic designer / typeface pro / animation expert for a certain job). Also, you may find yourself at times when you don't have enough work to keep the person busy and with an internal staff, you can't just get them on pause.

Simple! 1st of all, you choose your membership plan. After the payment is cleared, we will reach out to you and discuss  your needs and prefferences. We will sign whatever NDA your need us to, just to make sure all of your data is 100% safe. And then we just keep going and delivering the best presentations you have ever seen:)

Based on your membership plan, your request are sorted ither one by one or three at the same time (or with Design Studio option, multiple at once - based on your needs). You can of course add as many requests to the queue as you need and we take care of them according to your plan.

Typically, we are able to complete work in 48 hours. Obviously, it depends on the volume and complexity of work. You might even get your updated slide in less than hour. We work pretty fast ;-)

On high level, all work is managed by the founder of SlideGuide. With over a decade of experience, he developed slides for all kinds of organizations - from corporations to non-profits to companies with smaller footprint. Plenty of slides are created hands on by me but there are other folks at hand to take care of the job I am not the expert at - animations or custom infographic illustrations, iconography etc.

Sometimes, you do not have enough work to fill up entire month. You might only need a few slides right now. That's why we have the pause option for you.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. If you sign up and use the service for 10 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 21 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Slides are typically created in Apple Keynote or MS Powerpoint.

Companies choose us because we are pretty flexible. Most of the times, you can just send us your files through email or share your docs through Google or WeTransfer. You can also use Trello. In special cased, when you need to use a service of some kind that your employees are familiar with, we will be happy to consider that option too :-)

No problem at all! We'll continue to revise the design until you're not just satisfied, but happy to the Moon and back.

At SlideGuide, we are experts at designing slides and with the Starter program, you are subscribed to get the presentation services. However, with other plans, we are able to provide branding services and marketing collateral (flyers, business cards, video, newsletters, even web) as well.

It's okay. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional presentation needs. You will not be wasting your resources - actually, that's the reason we exist:-)

100%! We are happy to sign any kind of NDA you might need us to. We are never sharing any information with no one and only store it for minimum time. After the job is done, we destroy all of it.
